Totnes Passivhaus by road
We are midway between Exeter and Plymouth, turn off the A38 towards Totnes and Dartington at the A384/Buckfastleigh junction. Travel 6.4 kilometres (4 miles) along the A384 until you get to a mini-roundabout followed immediately by another (“Shinners Bridge”). Cross over both roundabouts following signposts to Cott and the Cott Inn. After 500 metres, passing by the Cott Inn, the road bends sharply to the left. After another 100m (just before another mini-roundabout), turn right into Hunters Moon, then immediately turn right again. No. 11 is at the end of the cul de sac.
